i think the niche that a site wants to be is not the problem its the changing of the site every few month that leaves members scratching their heads.

the time the cash the prizes the feel the – what an exchange is to me is more important than what it will change to be.

sites like traffic g have little or no prizes and do well where easy hits pays for 1000 surfed both have grown being who they are and not changing all the time

my thought stick to it – what ever you do stick to it – own it and love it and grow it

The surfers you attract will also dictate what kind of surfing happens in your site. If you want to promote cash prizes, then be prepared for a percentage of power surfers and a less enthusiastic audience for the ads – they’re not paying much, if any, attention to them. (Is it too late to run a straight results-driven TE?)

and you will need a traffic exchange that can offer what they are looking for too. Just cause i dicide not to do something don’t mean its wrong it means its not part of my business plan and another site will offer it. different strokes for different folks
